Each magnet is made right at your event and displayed for guests to find and take home. Choose from two magnet sizes, and if you'd like, we can add your event name, date or another small personalized detail to the design.
You decide how you'd like magnets offered — one per guest, one per couple or family, or another arrangement that works for your celebration.
We offer 2 size options, and can customize the magnet, if desired, with your event's details, e.g., event name & date.

A few things you might be wondering...
How many magnets will I need?
Not every guest will necessarily make a magnet, while some groups and families may want more than one. Tell us approximately how many guests you're expecting and we'll recommend a package that makes sense for your event.
How long does it take to make a magnet?
We work continuously throughout your event—printing, cutting and pressing magnets as photos are taken. Finished magnets are added to the pickup display as they’re ready, so guests can keep enjoying the celebration while production carries on in the background.
Can the magnets be customized for our event?
Yes, we can do this! We set this up in advance so contact us to discuss details.
How many guests can you accommodate?
How many will you have? We'd love to ensure each guest has their own magnet to take home! The length of time our team is on site and the number of magnets we can make in that time will be discussed with you. Check out our sample packages to get an idea.

Do guests have to pay for their magnets?
Typically, the host pays for the service (& the magnets come with the service, of course!)
How much space do you need at the venue?
So glad you asked! We need a space approximately 8ft x 6ft to set up our equipment & have 1-2 people working behind it. We provide everything needed, including the table, unless the venue requires use of their tables. Access to electricity is very helpful but not strictly necessary as we can bring our own portable power (no loud generators).
What happens if our venue is outside your normal service area?
We love to travel! We are very reasonable but the price of gas these days...Depending how far outside, there may be additional travel expenses incurred.
Can we book you for an outdoor event?
Absolutely! We do need access to WI-FI but can discuss options. Access to electricity is very helpful but not strictly necessary as we can bring our own portable power (no loud generators).
How far in advance should I book?
It’s always best to book as early as you can. We recommend at least one month in advance to give you the best chance of securing your date. Planning on a shorter timeline? Don’t be shy—reach out and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
